Products & Ingredients

Do your chiffon cakes contain any lard or gelatine?

Absolutely not. We use only high-quality vegetable oils. Our bakes are lard-free and alcohol-free. While we are not currently halal-certified, all our chiffon cakes are free from pork, lard, and alcohol. We use only premium, traceable ingredients to ensure quality.

How long can I keep my cakes fresh?

Our cakes are baked without preservatives. Consume within 24 hours for peak fluffiness. You may refrigerate them for up to 3 days in an airtight box.

Customisation & Bulk Orders

Can I add a personalised message to my cake?

We provide complimentary handwritten cards for your gifts. Simply enter your message in the 'Notes' section during checkout.

Do you take bulk orders for events or corporate gifting?

Yes, we do! For orders of 20 cakes or more, please email us for tiered pricing and custom delivery coordination.

Orders & Payment

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, and PayNow for a seamless local checkout experience.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Minor changes (like delivery time) can be made up to 48 hours before baking commences. Please WhatsApp us your order number.

Delivery & Collection

When will my order be delivered & your delivery fees?

We deliver every Monday, Wednesday & Friday across Singapore from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Delivery is a flat fee of $5 - $10 (Sentosa & Tuas $25), with free delivery for orders above $100. Your order will be delivered 3 business days from order payment confirmation date.

Specific timing requests are not guaranteed.

Can I choose to collect my order myself?

Yes, self-collection is available at our Punggol Studio daily at 2 PM and 7 PM. Collection details will be provided via email after payment confirmation.

Changes, Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before delivery. Within 72 hours, we can only offer store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

Processed refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment account, depending on your bank's processing speed.

Delivery Issues

What if no one is at home to receive the order?

Our rider will call you upon arrival. If you can't be reached, bakes will be left at the doorstep or returned to our kitchen for redelivery at a $15 surcharge.

My cake arrived damaged, what should I do?

We take great care in handling our delicate chiffons. If an issue occurs, please take a photo immediately and WhatsApp us within 2 hours of receipt.
